Wonder if it is the same time ea year when these two doves come to the fire escape landing where I have a flower pot and begin to build a nest to then lay eggs in? Alas, they have never come to full term. Last year I saw three eggs, then watched in horror as a blue jay took one egg away, and the other two eggs were then abandoned. I hope/wish this year, that they get to hatch baby birds!!!
